Tubbs Delight is ideally situated for walking holidays. Great for for walkers and dogs with easy access to the South West Coast Path, or countryside walks from the door, or for fell walking on Dartmoor National Park, only 20 miles away. Kingsbridge is a Walkers are Welcome town. You can catch the local bus and create your own circular route, leaving behind the worries of parking the car. Not every walk is hilly, there are valleys, as well as the undulating countryside. There are over 40 walks across South Devon AONB (Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty), various distances and levels of difficulties. There is also an abundance of wildlife in Devon, from rare plants to scarce animals, such as the Devon otter.

Then when you have had enough of being active, Tubbs Delight has a hot tub for relaxing those aching limbs and watching the stars.(available at extra cost and subject to conditions)
